Private beta for independent brokers

Organize your insurance work. Focus on your clients.

Brokerly brings client records, policies, quotes, renewals, claims, documents, notes, and activity into one clear workspace for independent brokers and small teams.

We are working closely with early brokers to shape a workspace that fits the way you work and makes day-to-day insurance work easier, calmer, and less scattered.

The problem

Brokers do not need another hard-to-use system. They need the work to stay where they expect it.

Client records, policies, quotes, renewals, claims, documents, notes, and activity rarely live in one dependable place.

Follow-up gets harder when brokers have to rebuild the file from emails, folders, spreadsheets, and memory.

Small teams need handoffs that carry the context, not another round of asking where everything lives.

The product

One workspace for the details that keep insurance work moving.

The first version is focused on the everyday work brokers already rely on: renewals, client records, policies, quotes, claims, documents, notes, and activity.

Use cases

Start with the work where scattered context costs the most time.

One clear workspace

Bring clients, policies, quotes, renewals, claims, documents, notes, and activity into one place.

Cleaner daily follow-up

Know what needs attention, what is waiting, and what can move forward without rebuilding the file every time.

Better team handoffs

Give teammates enough context to help without asking where everything lives.

Built around how brokers work

Keep insurance work structured without forcing your team into old software that's hard to use or a generic CRM.

How it works

Early access is a fit check, not a generic waiting list.

  1. 1 Tell us where work feels scattered today.
  2. 2 We confirm fit and choose a first workflow together.
  3. 3 You test Brokerly against real renewal and client scenarios.
  4. 4 We use the feedback to prepare the broker-ready launch version.

Best fit right now

  • Independent brokers and small broker teams.
  • Teams with 1-10 people who need one clear workspace.
  • Brokerages chasing renewals, records, documents, or handoffs across scattered tools.

Not the right fit yet

  • Agencies that need a full enterprise AMS replacement before trying a new workflow.
  • Teams that require carrier API integrations on day one.
  • Brokerages that need accounting or commission reconciliation in the first beta.

Apply for early access

Help shape the workspace brokers can rely on.

Qualified early adopters get one year free, direct setup help, and lifetime launch pricing once Brokerly becomes paid. In return, we ask for honest feedback on real workflow fit.

What happens next

We review applications manually. If there is a fit, we will invite you to a short setup or research call before adding your team.

FAQ

Questions before applying

Is Brokerly replacing my AMS?

Not in the private beta. Brokerly is focused first on renewals, client context, documents, quotes, claims, notes, and handoffs. It can sit beside an AMS while we learn what should come next.

What features are ready?

The first version is centered on the work brokers asked us to make clearer: clients, policies, quotes, renewals, claims, documents, notes, and handoff context. We will be direct about what is ready before any team depends on it.

Can I use it for live client work today?

Early access is limited and will be rolled out carefully. We will confirm fit, readiness, and workflow scope before asking anyone to depend on it for real operating work.

Is my data safe?

Brokerly is being built as a dependable workspace. During early access, we will keep setup controlled and be clear about what information belongs in Brokerly before you add it.

What happens after I apply?

We review applications manually. If there is a fit, we will invite you to a short setup or research call and identify the first workflow worth testing.

How much setup is required?

The first cohort will get direct setup help. We want to learn where setup feels heavy before turning the process into self-serve onboarding.

What does lifetime launch pricing mean?

Qualified early adopters will see launch pricing before anything becomes paid. If Brokerly becomes a fit for your team, that early rate will not increase later.
